Moar's Hittl is a suite or chalet with 80 m² of living space. It is designed for 2 up to a maximum of 5 people.
Moar's Hittl was built from 100% wood from our own forest. The following types of wood were used:
- Spruce
- Larch
- Swiss pine (Zirbe)
Moar's Hittl has a bedroom for 2 people, a living area, a bathroom and a day WC on the first floor. The open gallery serves as a second sleeping area for up to 3 people, with a double bed and a single bed.
Moar's Hittl offers space for 2 up to a maximum of 5 people.
For short stays, Moar's Hittl costs 340 € for 2 people with half board.
- Additional people: 85 € with half board
- Children up to 12 years: 60 € per person and day

Yes. In high season, bookings are only possible from a stay of 5 nights.
No. No deposit or down payment is required for bookings. Bookings are based on trust and a handshake.
Yes. The following discounts apply for children sharing the parents' room:
- 0–3 years: 15 € per day
- 4–7 years: 45 € per day
- 8–14 years: 60 € per day
- From 15 years and third person in the room: 75–78 € per day
Pets are welcome upon request. The cost is 17 € per day without food. Pets do not have access to the dining room or the wellness area.
Yes. The tourist tax is 3.20 € per person and day. Children under 14 years are exempt.
Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge.

Should the booked rooms be re-let, the cancellation fees will be reduced or waived entirely.

The hotel is closed every year from the second weekend of October until the end of November.

Dorfhotel Moar am Latemar is located in Eggen / Deutschnofen in the Eggental valley in South Tyrol, in the heart of the Dolomites between the Latemar and Rosengarten massifs.
Eggen is a quiet mountain village at around 1,250 m elevation, nestled between forests, alpine meadows and the UNESCO-listed peaks of the Dolomites. A perfect base for summer and winter holidays: hiking, climbing, mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing and sledding start right at the hotel door.
The Obereggen ski area is part of Dolomiti Superski, one of the world's largest ski networks. In summer, marked trails around the Latemar and Rosengarten lead straight from the valley into the high mountains.
